Make sure that you have 4 Overlay tracks
(File - Project Settings - Edit - Increase the 'Overlay tracks' to 4 or more)

Insert your Background Picture or Video on track VA
Insert your 4 Videos on V1 to V4

Drag the 2D Moving Path into the 4 Videos
Picture size W 275 x H 220 (Aspect Ratio selected)
& keep these figures the same on each end of the clip :)

Change the X Y co-ordinates to:

Top Left Video 1 on V1
