			<description><![CDATA[ I'm using windows xp media center edition and ADS Instant TV USB.<br>But every time I want to watch tv or to set up the tv signal, I get an error message "tuner not found". Why doesn't media center recognise my tuner?<br><br>Can anyone solve this problem?<br><br>PS: Device Manager classifies the tuner as "sound, video and game controllers". When I then connect with my newly installed USB card, i get great sound, but the picture is jittery.<br><br>Anybody know how to fix this? ]]></description>

I have looked at the ATI 8700DX and also the Dazzle Cards. 			<description><![CDATA[ I just got a DVD XPress and can capture video and play it back using Capwiz. Ulead VideoStudio7SE also has no problems with it. I can also play it back using the software that plays my purchased DVD's. But Windows Media Player just plays back a lot of garbage.<br><br>(The capture settings are set for DVD at 3Mb/sec. I only have USB1.1 but have not tried 4Mb/sec yet.)<br><br>I tried playing back the video using WMP on two other computers. One worked, one didn't. The one that didn't had WMP7.1.... ]]></description>
