*I burned a 1 hour DVD out of Premiere Pro of high quality in 5 hours (4GB).
*I have a P4, 2.4ghz, 1gb ram, 2X write DVD-R.
*I used PPro 7mbps CBR encoding.
*I think now from reading more, that VBR, 2 pass is better (going to try).
*My general question, I guess, is why this takes 2x longer than mpeg 8mbps Click2DVD (Sony) burning.
*Do I have to disable any start up programs that may conflict with the encoder?
*I want the best quality in my video. It has outdoor motion and indoor motion.
*Similar experience or possible improvements to share would be appreciated.
